Before each PrimeSaber leaves us, the hilt and its visible components receive a careful appearance inspection. We look for marks, inconsistencies, loose fittings, or anything that could diminish the moment you open the box—because the product you receive should look as considered as the one you chose.

Every outgoing PrimeSaber is powered on and its main functions are tested before dispatch. We check illumination, sound, controls, charging response, and the supported features of the selected configuration, so the product we send is working as intended when it reaches you.
