Common Questions
What is the difference between XRGB (Baselit) and Xenopixel?
XRGB (Baselit): The LED sits inside the hilt and shines into a hollow blade. This construction is lighter, easier to maintain, and generally the better choice for frequent or heavier-contact dueling.
Xenopixel: Addressable LEDs run along the blade for progressive ignition and detailed lighting effects. Compatible Xenopixel/Xeno3 sabers support heavy dueling when used with the appropriate blade; always follow the instructions for your specific model.
Which core should I choose for dueling?
XRGB (Baselit) is typically the lighter, lower-maintenance option for frequent dueling. Compatible Xenopixel/Xeno3 sabers can also support heavy dueling with the appropriate blade. Check your selected product's specifications and follow its instructions before contact use.
What blade colors are available?
Compatible versions support adjustable blade-light colors through their controls or compatible app. Hilt finish is a separate choice.

Can I connect the saber to a mobile app?
Many compatible XRGB and Xenopixel/Xeno3 models support Bluetooth app control. Availability depends on the selected core; check the product's version options.

Can I customize sound fonts and blade effects?
Supported cores allow you to adjust blade colors, effects, volume, and sound fonts through compatible controls or the app. Available options vary by core and firmware.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies with the selected core, volume, brightness, effects, and usage. Charge the included rechargeable battery fully before use and consult your product instructions for model-specific guidance.
Can the blade be removed?
Most standard models use a removable blade. Always use the blade size and connector recommended for that hilt, and power off the saber before removing or installing it.

Saber Technology FAQ
Is Neopixel better than a Baselit?
Neither option is automatically better—it depends on how you plan to use your saber. XRGB (Baselit) is lighter and a practical choice for frequent practice, spinning, and value-focused builds. Xenopixel is the better fit when you want brighter, more even illumination and more cinematic blade effects.
Can you duel with a Neopixel?
Compatible Xenopixel/Xeno3 models can be used for dueling with the appropriate reinforced blade and a suitable hilt. Before contact practice, check the product specifications, make sure the blade is fully seated, and inspect the blade and retention screws for wear.
Can I upgrade a Baselit to a Neopixel?
In most cases, no. Baselit and Xenopixel systems use different blades, cores, and power requirements, so a pixel blade cannot simply be installed in a Baselit hilt. If Xenopixel effects are important to you, choose that version when ordering.
Product Care FAQ
What should I do if my lightsaber is faulty?
Please do not worry. Every PrimeSaber lightsaber includes a 3-year warranty. Please record a detailed video showing the issue and email it to primesaber@163.com. Our technical team will review the video and provide a solution.
How long does the saber take to fully charge?
Charge the battery for approximately four hours between uses. Typical battery life is roughly two hours, depending on the selected core, brightness, volume, effects, and use. Use a 5V, 0.5A charger only. Do not use a power source above 5V or 1A to charge your lightsaber.
Can I change the blade color?
Yes. The blade color shown on a product page is for display only. Compatible lightsabers support a wide range of colors and fast color changing, so you can choose the color you prefer.
